□本報記者 張枕河盡管數據顯示,迷你倉庫全球最大的黃金ETF—SPDR黃金信托的黃金持倉量在上周五大幅加倉1.8噸,兩個月來首次出現增持現象,但市場中依然有部分投資者並不看好黃金前景。美國商品期貨交易委員會(CFTC)最新公佈的周度持倉報告顯示,在截至8月6日的一周內,對沖基金等大型投資者連續第二周削減黃金淨多倉位,主要仍是因為對美聯儲將提前削減量化寬鬆規模的擔憂。此外,在美聯儲高層的“鷹派”表態下,美元卻並沒能得到預期的提振,反而繼續下探,並刷新七周來低點,主要是受到利空的經濟數據作用。在此背景下,投資者對美元的態度極為謹慎,CFTC截至8月6日當周的美元持倉情況與前一周相比幾乎沒有變化。市場一方面對經濟數據可能對美元的利空作用有所擔憂,但另一方面卻也認為美聯儲收緊貨幣政策必將推高美元匯率。黃金淨多倉位再遭削減上周,國際黃金期價上漲約0.3%,且為連續第二周上漲。據最新監測的黃金ETF數據顯示,上周五全球最大黃金ETF—SPDR黃金信托的黃金持倉量增加了1.8噸,這是兩個月來首次出現增持現象,該基金現淨持倉總量升至911.13噸,現黃金持有總價值約為383.25億美元。分析人士指出,如果黃金ETF資金流出跡象即將結束,打壓黃金價格的一個關鍵因素就將消失,但是部分大型投資者依然不看好黃金前景,特別是市場投機性較強的對沖基金等。CFTC數據顯示,在截至8月6日的一周內,對沖基金把黃金淨多倉位下調27%至48103張期貨和期權合約,創下6月份以來的最大降幅。此外數據還顯示,18種在美國交易的大宗商品的總淨多倉位下降19%,達到3月份以來的最低水平,其中,衡量對農產品押注的倉位有史以來首次由淨多倉變為淨空倉。分析人士指出,隨著一些投資者對黃金的保值功能失去信心,加之世界多個主要央行以前所未見的速儲存擴大寬鬆但通脹率卻並未加速的背景下,黃金前景依然令人擔憂。美國合�銀行高級股票策略師吉姆·羅素表示,預計全球通脹環境仍處於可控狀態,因此投資者並不急於購買黃金,“通脹率並沒有像預期的那樣大幅上升,預計未來通脹率也不會飆升”。此外,多位美聯儲高層如芝加哥、克利夫蘭和達拉斯聯邦儲備銀行行長等均在上周表示,隨著就業市場好轉,美聯儲可能離縮減債券購買更近一步。美元前景撲朔迷離市場人士指出,上周的美元走勢非常“蹊蹺”,按常規來看,美聯儲高層相對偏向“鷹派”,主張在今年內收緊貨幣流動性的表態,應該會為美元提供支撐,但是美元卻創下了七周來的低點。CFTC最新數據顯示,在截至8月6日的一周內,投機性和前瞻性都較強的對沖基金選擇了“按兵不動”,美元指數的淨多倉位為25190張期貨和期權合約,而前一周的淨多倉位為25191張合約,近兩周幾乎持平。業內人士指出,上周美國經濟數據依然未能迎來“亮點”,這也使得美元的走勢持續疲軟。尤其在7月非農報告表現欠佳之後,市場需要利好的就業數據以提振美元人氣,然而事與願違,這直接拖累了美元走勢。最新數據顯示,7月27日當周,美國全國領取失業金總人數增加6.7萬人至301.8萬人,遠高于市場預期。盡管上周美聯儲多位高層釋放“鷹派”言論,甚至之前“鴿派”成員代表、芝加哥聯儲主席埃文斯都出現倒戈。他在發言中也強調,美聯儲將很可能會在今年年內宣佈開始縮減量化寬鬆措施的規模,且首度縮減的時間最早可能在今年9月份。但之前市場對於9月縮減量化寬鬆規模的預期早已十分強烈,加之7月非農報告在內的多項美國重量級經濟數據表現平庸,消減了上述類似表態的可信度。因此這些“鷹派”言論未能對美元匯率形成實質性支持,美元短線可能繼續承壓,但下方將獲得較強支撐,預計近期美元的CFTC持倉數據波動性將較小。新蒲崗迷你倉

中國銀監會發布「中資商業銀行行政許可事項實施辦法」修訂版的徵求意見稿,迷你倉新蒲崗與舊版相比,意見稿放寬了對境內金融機構發起設立中資銀行的條件,分析稱此舉將規範民間資本進入銀行業。反之,外資發起人條件趨嚴。和舊版相比,意見稿中對於境內金融機構發起設立中資銀行的要求有所放鬆,去掉了「商業銀行資本充足率不低於8%,非銀行金融機構資本總額不低於加權風險資產總額的10%」,以及「權益性投資餘額原則上不超過其淨資產的50%(合併會計報表口徑)」的要求。換言之,發起設立中資銀行的境內金融機構主要審慎監管指標符合監管要求,不再有其他硬性指標。中央財經大學中國銀行業研究中心主任郭田勇表示,降低境內金融機構發起銀行的門檻,可能會吸引一些大型金融機構向中小型、區域性的銀行領域發展,這也是其未來發展的契機。徵求意見稿中還上調了境外金融機構的准入條件。規定商業銀行資本充迷你倉出租率應達到其註冊地銀行業資本充足率平均水平且不低於10.5%,而此前為8%;非銀行金融機構要求不變,為資本總額不低於加權風險資產總額的10%。郭田勇認為,監管部門上調境外機構資本充足率要求水平可能出於防止境外風險向境內輸入的考慮。境外金融機構的金融產品、工具更為複雜,在境內設立銀行後境內外之間資金進出更頻繁,提高資本充足率也是為了防止風險擴散。對於境內非金融機構,准入條件則有鬆有緊,一方面取消了舊版規定中「在工商行政管理部門登記註冊」的要求,但發起人的入股資金來源必須是自有資金,且代他人持有中資商業銀行股權的企業不得做發起人。溫州中小企業發展促進會會長周德文表示,上述舉措進一步規範了民間資本進入銀行業的條件。由於很多民間資本集中在自然人手中,並沒有去工商部門登記,以前的規定就限制了這部分資金的進入,而新修訂的內容相當於進一步放寬了准入門檻。儲存倉

Mercury Drive in Champaign's Apollo industrial park.But the new 8,000-square-foot store _ to be built just north of the former Busey Bank building in Savoy _ will sell close-outs and overstocks to the public."A lot of do-it-yourself products will be sold _ in-stock merchandise they can take with them," Applebee said.The new store is expected to open sometime in the first quarter of 2014, he said."We've been looking to try to find a location on the south side of town for several years," Applebee said, adding the new store will likely employ six to eight people.The factory outlet store will have a price structure that Applebee said should be "more competitive.""Since we're a distributor, we have buying power and are able to compete with the home centers," he said.The factory outlet store will offer installation services only on carpet, but can help customers arrange for installation of other surfaces, Applebee said.The Mercury Drive location will continue to provide installation service for all surfaces.Flooring Surfaces got its start in Missouri in 1994 and moved into the Champaign area in 1995. Source: Pittsburgh Post-GazetteAug.迷你倉價錢 12--The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank will close 15 food pantries in the Pittsburgh area next month due to some funding cuts and an effort to keep pantries where resources are most needed.Representatives from the food bank said that after the closures, no community will be without food access, but residents in some affected areas are concerned about the changes.The food bank serves 120,000 people per month and provides a total of 27.4 million pounds of food per year. The agency does not expect either of these numbers to drop, since it hopes to maneuver resources throughout its network of food distributors to accommodate the same number of people.The regional food bank runs a total of 254 food pantries, 205 of which are in Allegheny County. Last year 10 food pantries closed, but three were adopted by the Salvation Army and three were closed for renovation or space issues. In addition, three pantries in Somerset and one in Butler County were opened.But throughout the month of September, more pantries will close than in all of last year. Three food banks are closing in McKees Rocks, two each in Hazelwood and the Hill District and one each in the South Side, Carrick, McKeesport, Braddock, Homewood, Clairton, West Mifflin and the North Side.The closures are part of a plan that the food bank initiated more than a year ago to place more resources in under-served areas, said Ron Cichowicz, the chief communications officer for the organization. Additionally, this year the food bank is operating with a smaller budget after experiencing more than $400,000 in federal, state and local cuts, said CEO Lisa Scales. The food bank's budget this year is $13.9 million.Despite these setbacks, food bank representatives are confident that every community will have access to food."We really want to make sure that we're not abandoning people," Ms. Scales said. "We're ensuring that people get service at a nearby food pantry."Though it is the food bank's goal to make sure no one in Pittsburgh is hungry, Pearl Bey, a 77-year-old who lives in a Glen Hazel high-rise, is concerned about the food bank in her building being eliminated. Ms. Bey, who has used a wheelchair for the past five years after having seven knee surgeries, relies on the food pantry in her building for about 50 percent of her food supply.Since she is unable to walk, she said it will not be feasible for her to go to the Hazelwood YMCA, which she said will be the closest food pantry to her after Glen Hazel closes."There's nothing I can do," she said.Ms. Bey is not alone in her discontent, said Janet Evans, the president of the tenant's council of Roselle Courts High-Rise in Glen Hazel. She estimates that there are 40 to 50 people who use the Glen Hazel food pantry and about 20 of them use wheelchairs. Even if residents take the bus to the YMCA, she added, it drops them off at the bottom of a hill that many residents will not be able to climb."It's going to be a hardship for some of the ones that live in the high-rise," Ms. Evans said. "They are very mad and unhappy that this is happening."The Rev. Leslie Boone, who founded Fishes and 迷你倉庫oaves to sell cheap produce in Hazelwood, said she does not understand why the food bank chose to close this particular pantry."I can understand funding cuts, but I beg to differ on the accessibility," she said. The food bank has allowed Focus on Renewal, a community center in McKees Rocks that distributes food two days a week, to order more food so it will be able to accommodate excess people after three other food pantries in McKees Rocks close."The Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank has been great about calling us and making sure that we can accommodate the added families," said Sister Sarah Crotty, the associate director of Focus on Renewal. "I think we can, and we're very happy to do that."The leaders of the Brashear Association on the South Side are in the middle, nervously optimistic that they will be able to feed the additional people they expect when the food banks close.Approximately 50 more families each month may arrive looking for food after Arlington Heights Food Pantry closes, said Tracy Frank, the family case manager at the Brashear Association."I think that that's something that we'll be able to do," Ms. Frank said. "Probably more than anything people are just concerned about trying to make that adjustment."In the Hill District, other organizations in the neighborhood that provide food are not as not optimistic about their ability to help additional people."It's going to be a serious problem for the community emergency food pantry here," said Paul Abernathy, the director of Focus, which helps provide food in the Hill District. "We have trouble keeping our shelves stocked anyway."There are resources available for any person in the city of Pittsburgh who meets certain income requirements, said Karen L. Garrett, the director of outreach and community initiatives at Pittsburgh Community Services Inc.The organization has an emergency food pantry that will find food for people in the midst of a crisis, she said. The agency also can transport food to people who are incapable of doing so for medical reasons, she added. Tower running is booming and the sport’s governing body is determined to make it an Olympic event, writes Mark GrahamAthlete Suzy Walsham is hard to beat on a flat surface, be it a road or a track.迷你倉沙田 When bounding up steps to the top of a skyscraper, she is virtually uncatchable.Walsham is the poster girl for tower running, whereby competitors race to the top of iconic skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building in New York City and, two weekends ago, the 330-metre-high China World Summit Wing hotel in Beijing.Walsham, a former Australian national track athlete, was the fastest woman up the 2,041 steps of the 82-storey hotel in 11 minutes, 7 seconds.“The race was tough,” says Walsham, who works in Singapore as a manager for a computer security firm. “Although the stairs were not very high, the stairwell was quite complicated, with random flat bits of running, changing direction, changing stairwells and so on. But that also made the race interesting.”Who knew stairwells had such intricacies? Stair climbing, in fact, has a global schedule of races comprising 150 events across 25 countries. Michael Reichetzeder, executive director of the Tower-Running World Council, is on a mission to make tower running an Olympic sport.Beijing was a new addition to and the fourth stage of this year’s eight-race Vertical World Circuit, which began in 2009. The premier circuit also includes the race up the Empire State and other buildings in Switzerland, Spain, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore and Brazil.The sport is perhaps tailor-made for Asian cities, with their ever-increasing number of high-rises. Last week, the Shanghai Tower – though still an ongoing project at the Old Docks – topped out at 580 metres to become China’s highest building and the world’s second-highest behind Dubai’s Burj Khalifa (828 metres). Scheduled for completion by 2015, the Shanghai Tower will be 632 metres high. Other Chinese cities are planning or constructing their own megastructures.The Beijing Vertical Run was a thrilling event, where the 600 entrants jostled and panted their way up the narrow stairwells of the downtown tower. As well as the satisfaction of finishing such an arduous challenge, they were also able to enjoy the rare sight of Beijing on a pollution-free day.“The race was one of the longest I have done this year, so it was quite different to my last race in Bratislava [in Slovakia] that was only 22 floors and took less than two minutes, 30 seconds. In Beijing, I felt pretty strong up until about the 70th floor and then I started to feel quite tired and slowed down a lot over the last 10 floors,” Walsham says. “Often my friends are amazed I do this sport … they say they would get tired after about three floors and think I am crazy.”There is a certain madness – or masochism – associated with the sport, not to mention very real medical risks. Even super-fit athletes are pushing their bodies to the limit by engaging in such intense activity, subjecting the heart, lungs and limbs to a far more vigorous workout than road running, or plodding along迷你倉價錢on gently moving gym treadmills.But as with all sports, the danger is part of the appeal, as well as the more whimsical aspect of ascending landmark buildings in major world cities. Hong Kong-based Frenchman Clement Dumont is one such high-rise running tourist, who plans holiday weekends around events. His wife Sabrina also regularly participates.“As a trail runner, this type of intense and brief effort is not something I usually experience,” he says. “At the top of the building, you can barely walk. You try to take back your breath for a good five minutes. But I recover really fast; within an hour I feel fine and can go and visit the city and enjoy the afternoon with the family. The only thing that lasts for a day is the dry throat probably from the dry air.”Dumont does little specific training for stair running, figuring that his regular route, climbing up to Sunset Peak on Lantau Island, is not too dissimilar to tackling a steep stairwell.But Dumont, who organises the TransLantau trail running race, acknowledges he needs to work on his handrail technique, mastering the art of using the metal wall fixtures to help gain extra speed.Vertical races attract a mixed bag of athletes, from sprinters to long-distance specialists. Everyone with access to a high-rise building – which means pretty much everyone in Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai – can train for a vertical running race, or simply use stair running as a quick and effective workout.One competitor in Beijing who had a few stairwell location insights was the Wing hotel’s general manager, Thomas Schmitt-Glaeser. He also picked up a few tips from German compatriot and champion stair racer Thomas Dold, who won the event in 9:55.“I discovered that it is best to save your energy for the long run. If you start off like a bullet, you will burn out by the 10th floor,” says Schmitt-Glaeser. “You also need to keep rhythm and don’t count the steps which distracts and demotivates. Having said that, after 30 floors, it seemed the stairs would never finish.”Be warned: the intensity of vertical running means it is not for neophytes. Walsham had many years of successful track and distance running under her belt before “stepping up”.“I love to challenge myself and this sport is certainly very challenging, and right now, it takes me all over the world for competitions and I love it. I also have fewer injuries now that I am training more on the stairs, although I still do quite a bit of running, so the sport has given me a mini athletic-career revival.“It is the kind of sport anyone can do, and is especially good for people with busy lives – you only need a building, you don’t have to worry about the weather, and in 15 to 30 minutes, you can get a really, really tough workout.“If you are prone to injuries due to the pounding of running, this is the perfect alternative – it is lower-impact, and builds up a lot of power and strength in your legs,” Walsham says.“Just make sure you catch the lift back down as it is harder on the legs walking down than it is running up.”life@scmp.com迷你倉庫

在深圳「特區中特區」前海註冊的企業,儲存倉是銀行眼中的高質客戶,拓展跨境人民幣貸款業務前景寬闊,令港資銀行積極部署,近月以四招在前海「插旗」掘金。市場消息透露,�豐銀行已率先獲批落戶前海片區內的牌照,力爭成為首家真正在前海範圍內開設分行的港資銀行;另外,該行正籌備興建一座以�豐銀行命名的地標建築,突顯其作為外資進入前海建立據點的野心。 港銀4招前海「插旗」 1. 設立支行外圍包抄 雖然深圳市銀監局先後批准�豐、�生(011)及永亨(302)將各自現有的南山支行改名為前海支行,服務於前海企業,而東亞(023)新設的前海支行亦已開業,但四間銀行支行選址都並非在前海服務區內,形成外圍「包抄」,難言進駐,相比起招行(3968)落戶前海物流園內的分行,無論經營地點及規格上都較輸蝕。 市場消息透露,�豐已獲得在前海範圍內開設分行的資格,成為首間入駐區內的港資銀行。前海官員透露,包括港資在內的外資銀行設立分支,必須經中銀監審核及批准,「之前東亞、�生等成立的前海支行,只將現有支行更名,故審批並不是很複雜」。日前創銀(1111)亦表明有意申請設立前海分行,可以預期現有的�生等支行,僅是暫時經營的權宜之計。 該官員表示,目前前海合作區仍屬於未建成的片區,加上只有15方公里,無論空間及容納能力都有所不及,所以現階段除了招行的分行能夠進駐,其他銀行都需要採取註冊地點與經營地點分離的做法,屬於過渡性安排。 2. 豎立具名命權地標 前海先行先試的獨特優勢,吸引國際金融機構以此作為拓展內地市場的門戶,而對內地當局來說,要打造境內另一個國際金融中心,必須吸引國際大型機構落戶。據悉,�控(005)計劃夥拍發展商在前海興建一幢�豐大迷你倉沙田,這策略反映其在前海大展拳腳的野心。 發展商必須成功在前海競投土地,才可以參與發展。據了解,�豐並沒有計劃自行在當地建寫字樓,故將與發展商合作,建成後購買或承租部分樓層,並取得命名權。 過去�豐落戶內地城市,多以租賃方式進行,例如在上海曾租用森茂國際大廈,後易名為「上海�豐大廈」,至2010年6月遷往同樣位於陸家嘴的上海國際金融中心,�豐向發展商新地(016)租用南座9個樓層,並取得命名權,稱為�豐銀行大樓。 3. 合營全牌照經紀行 早前財經事務及庫務局透露,中央答允本港金融機構在內地籌組合營經紀行或資產管理公司,持股可提高至51%的控股地位,而且合營對象沒有限制。 本港銀行正等待正式宣布,一旦政策最終落實,即可按新措施於前海成立合營企業,除可享有與其他前海企業一樣的15%營業稅優惠外,業務範圍更不限於前海,其中針對合營經紀行屬於全牌照,即可經營所有相關證券業務。消息亦透露,目前已有一家本地C組經紀行取得以合營方式(JV)在前海經營的牌照。 4. 簽小額貸款爭�仔 今年初15家港資銀行與前海企業簽署首批20億元的跨境人民幣貸款,已予外界「分餅仔」的感覺,其後幾個月雖然不時再有零星貸款協議簽署,但每次金額最多不過1億元。 市場盛傳人民幣跨境貸款規模可達300億至500 億元人民幣,蛋糕如此龐大,銀行前期的貸款協議可能只是幌子,相信是為將來爭「�仔」鋪路。年初�豐、渣打及�生的高層都親臨簽約,突顯港資銀行對前海跨境人民幣貸款業務極為重視。 但據了解,目前大部分貸款協議僅是授信形式,只有極為少數的貸款獲得提取及使用。截至7月中,據報跨境人民幣合同備案貸款額為72.5億元。 撰文:潘磊華、江凱妮 迷你倉價錢

券商依賴傭金收入、靠天吃飯的格局悄然間發生逆轉。截至上周,自存倉19家上市券商公佈了今年7月份的財務數據顯示,7月份淨利潤同比增長94 .4%,環比增長44 .0%,共實現淨利潤13 .32億元。增長主要緣于股市成交額、股權融資規模、融資融券餘額均增長。“其實,融資融券和股權融資,等於券商在和銀行、信托搶市場。資管創新業務,等於券商在和基金公司搶市場。”安信證券有關人士一針見血地對南都記者剖析說,“券商單純靠傭金盈利的模式正在發生變化。信托好日子將成為過去。”7月券商淨利潤成功逆襲去年年底前,券商大舉裁員,深圳半數營業部虧損。而時間流轉至今年7月,券商在艱苦的突圍戰中,悄然看到了曙光。上周19家券商7月業績全部出爐,形勢已經發生根本逆轉。其中,中信證券(母公司)當月淨賺2.75億元,排名榜首。海通證券、廣發證券、招商證券當月淨利潤均超過1億元。總體來看,19家上市券商7月淨利潤同比增長94.4%,環比增長44.0%,共實現淨利潤13.32億元。同比來看,16家增長,3家下降。其中東北證券增長1006.5%、興業證券從去年7月虧損2100萬,變成今年7月盈利3300萬。山西證券去年7月盈利400萬,今年7月則陡然升值盈利1300萬,增長246.8%,三家券商同比漲幅最大。但同時,國金證券淨利潤下降78.6%、西部證券下降73.8%、廣發證券下降16.8%,三家同比降幅最大。若從1-7月計算,19家券商累計營業收入同比增長11.7%,累計淨利潤同比增長13.0%:19家券商1-7月累計營業收入375.08億元,累計淨利潤134.87億元。15家累計淨利潤同比增長,其他4家同比下降。融資融券已成盈利法寶“券商創新業務持續推進,下半年隨著股票質押式回購業務推出,以及IP O的重�,將帶來收入的增長,對券商業務好轉。”長城證券分析師黃飆在其最新研報中分析指出。據長城證券統計顯示,7月份滬深兩市交易額41322億元,環比增長45 .8%;股權融資規模202.92億元,環比增長70 .6%;集合理財產品發行規模84.24億份,環比下降12.6%;7月末融資融券餘額2332億元,較月初增長5%.而多家券商表示,今年以來創新業務增色半年業績。其中上半年,東北證券實現營業收入、歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤同比分別增長54 .62%和149 .91%.增長的主要原因是公司加快創新業務推進步伐,調整證券投資業務品種,增加債券投資比重,證券投資業務收入比上年同期大幅增長,並大力開展融資融券、債券質押式報價回購、約定購回式證券交易等創新業務。南都記者從一些一線營業部等也瞭解到,融資融券等創新業務的確已經成為不少券商盈利的法寶。“目前單純的股票交易傭金早就跌至萬三,而做融資融券的傭金為千一,甚至比千一還要高,整體定在千分之一點五左右。此外,還有利息收入。”安信證券旗艦店深圳金運世紀營業部有關人士對南都記者解釋說,“客戶單純炒股,套住後就不動了,而融資融券有周期,客戶內心有緊迫感,半年之內一般一定要操作一次。所以,我們初步估算,同等資產,做融資融券的客戶為公司帶來的收益,是只買賣股票的客戶的5-10倍。比如一個客戶有1000萬股票資產,單純自己炒股,券商的傭金收入是3000元左右,而做融資融券,券商從中的收益是2萬-5萬。這還沒有計算融資年化8 .6的利息和融券年化10 .6的利息。”據瞭解,目前融資融券部迷你倉新蒲崗為券商盈利的一個核心部門。通常該部門除了做融資融券業務外,還做約定購回式證券交易,以及在6月份剛剛放開的股權質押式證券交易。杠杆操作增加券商盈利“總體來說,在監管層放鬆監管鼓勵創新的背景下,券商盈利的本質是加大了杠杆操作。”安信證券該人士解釋說,“原來券商做業務,要用自有資本金,而現在券商做融資融券,可以發債、借券等來做業務。但同時風控也很到位,風險基本由客戶承擔,一旦達到警戒線,就把客戶股票平倉止損。這本質上,其實在和信托和銀行搶生意。”對目前的盈利能力占比,他解釋說,從相對微觀角度看,目前融資融券部的盈利占在10%-15%左右。有些券商的營業部,此業務占比到20%-30%.深圳天力拓公司投資總監王先春亦有類似觀點。他對南都記者剖析說:“自全部放開融資融券後,這部分的業務收入成為券商熊市中重要的收入來源之一。而今年以來,監管層對影子銀行的整頓,以及券商資管業務的大發展,還包括目前已經成型的債務資產證券化等等,大有取代信托和銀行理財產品的趨勢,逐漸成為創新類券商的主打對象,因此,業績的提升也自然在情理之中。”他指出:目前券商的經營業務範圍同過去相比已經有了天壤之別。“從業務分類上看,除了銀行存款業務、保險業務不能做外,金融類的多數業務對券商而言幾乎均可涉足。”有深圳知名券商人士對南都記者解釋:除了融資融券外,新大資管時代,券商發行了很多產品。“我們公司之前只有1-5號,5個產品。現在起碼有70-80個產品,每個產品無論是否盈利,至少都要收1-2個點的管理費。而資管類似于基金,這其實在和基金公司搶生意。”此外,很多私募都可以通過券商托管業務發行產品。而這些工作,之前多是通過信托辦理。“其實,托管業務很沒有技術含量。未來信托的日子會越來越難過,過去個別信托公司百十來個人,一年創造10多個億利潤的年代應該將成為過去了。”安信證券有關人士介紹說。券商盈利通道日漸開闊除了融資融券等諸多已經開始為券商生金蛋的業務外,證監會表示正在研究T +0業務、股票期權業務以及新三板大幅度擴容等,也給券商未來發展帶來更多預期。“新三板擴容還沒有給券商貢獻什麼收入,但是在股市行情持續低迷,IPO重�難見時日,券商的創新業務就成為各大券商重點拓展方向。”安信證券相關人士對南都記者解釋說,“但我們相信券商最壞的日子已經過去。有的券商去年從8000多人,裁員到只剩下5000人。一些靠營銷團隊做業務的券商,人員基本裁員一半。留下的人,工資也只是多一點點而已。現在大家都在集中力量搞創新業務。”“一方面,銀河證券、廣發證券等大力發展C型營業部,將強大的研發實力投射到此前券商發展盲區,也帶動券商單純地從以往經濟業務轉向投顧業務,真正地為投資者提供完善的服務以博取客戶留存,並且盤活存量賬戶交易。”王先春分析說。而相關數據顯示:7月份有10家上市券商獲批新設營業部,加上6月份的1家,一共11家券商獲批7家分公司和259家營業部。此外,隨著互聯網金融的活躍,證券公司和互聯網企業合作也引起市場人士的很多遐想。業內預計將有不少券商將涉足網絡券商。“券商創新繼續加強,譬如期權交易也逐漸成熟,如果能夠順利實施,也將成為券商繼此前權證後又一大創收亮點。此外,如果券商非現場開戶業務順利實施,必然加快電子商務的發展。”王先春表示,“只要券商改變思維,真正從服務投資者角度著想,必然會獲得不菲的收益。”採寫:南都記者梁永建 實習生蘇穎迷你倉出租
