【本報訊】山西大同市渾源縣的千年古剎懸空寺,儲存自去年四月,不法分子在寺廟所在的翠屏山挖煤,形成小型露天煤礦,距離懸空寺不足一公里,至今未治理。網民擔心歷史古蹟受破壞,名副其實的懸空,當局則指煤礦已於早年關閉,且與懸空寺有一定距離,對結構無影響。懸空寺後山不足一公里處被非法開採露天煤礦,操作多時亦未治理。景區人員表示,對周迷你倉破壞行為無執法權,僅能上報,而相關執法大隊則指煤礦已停工及沒繳交保證金,故不在管理範圍。當局指結構安全網民擔心一千五百年歷史的古蹟受破壞,促當局調查及嚴懲失職部門。縣委宣傳部昨稱,煤礦於八十年代已關閉,距離懸空寺實為二點五公里,數年前雖曾發現開挖痕�,至今未發現濫採行為,懸空寺結構無影響,當局已制定復墾方案並加強打擊濫挖。self storage

【明報專訊】三中全會召開之前,self storage有關加快內地利率市場化的舉措已在推進。人民銀行昨天宣布,貸款基礎利率(Loan Prime Rate,簡稱LPR)集中報價和發布機制正式運行,由包括5大行在內的9 家銀行首日報價後得出的LPR 為5.71 厘,低於人行訂下的基準利率6 厘。分析師認為,初期數值對市場僅起到參考作用,影響不大。首日報5.71 厘低於基準利率「貸款基礎利率」是指銀行給予最優質客戶的貸款利率,可視為最低貸款利率,人行指其他貸款利率可在此基礎上加減點生成。首批報價行定為工行(1398)、農行(1288)、中行(3988) 、建行(0939) 、交行(3328) 、招行(3968) 、中信行(0998)、浦發銀行和興業銀行。未來每個工作日,此9 內銀會報出各自的貸款迷利倉礎利率, 然後被剔除最高、最低值後加權平均,得出貸款基礎利率報價平均利率, 昨日為5.71厘。人行表示,LPR 機制是上海銀行間同業拆息(Shibor)機制的拓展和擴充,有利於增強自主定價能力等,不過,人民銀行仍將在一段時間內繼續公布基準利率,以引導金融機構合理確定貸款利率。建行和工行昨天已經發放了以此貸款基礎利率定價的數筆貸款。英媒:內地擬設「壞帳銀行」銀行業分析師認為,讓各大行設定一個市場可接受的貸款水平,對商業銀行有參考作用,不過初期數值的作用不大,相信市場不會以此去交易,但整體而言,該舉措有利於推進利率市場化。此外,據英國《金融時報》報道,內地正計劃成立一批地方「壞帳銀行」,一來為利率市場化作準備,二來也是為2008 年4 萬億人民幣刺激經濟帶來的銀行壞帳埋單。迷你倉

日前,儲存央視《經濟半小時》曝光國內天貓、京東等知名電商售賣假“賴茅”的亂象,引發消費者和電商業高度關注。消費者呼籲監管部門和電商平台需要進一步加大對假冒偽劣產品的打擊力度。輿論風聲難阻酒類產銷企業的熱情。在近日舉行的全國秋糖會上,高端白酒巨頭們紛紛放低身段轉戰中低端市場,集體推出相應品牌。而另一方面,當“雙十一”進入緊張備戰後,酒類垂直電商們紛紛發力,四年前從傳統經銷商毅然跳進了酒水電商領域的酒仙網董事長郝鴻峰告訴南都記者,酒類電商其實就是零售企業,在目前的形勢下,要講究精細化管理。目前其已與80%的名酒展開了合作,從2011年開始已經微盈利。“進入酒類電商的門檻不高,但要做好壓力會很大。”郝鴻峰認為。“放低身段”運動的冷思考三公消費持續收緊,行業調整遠未結束,這是業界對白酒業此番深度調整的普遍看法。高端受阻,各大白酒巨頭紛紛出手推行中端品牌。有直接降價的,諸如茅台直接將漢醬酒和仁酒價格雙雙砍掉一半至399元和299元;有直接出新品的,如五糧液高調推出“五糧液頭曲”、“五糧液特曲”以“做強做大中價位產品”,此外汾酒、劍南春等也加入了推中檔新品的陣營。事實上,同高端市場幾家爭鳴不同,中檔白酒是一個競爭白熱化的價格段。一直習慣高端白酒市場打法的巨頭們放下身段做中檔市場,毫無疑問第一關將面臨著區域強勢品牌的“攔截”。“區域名酒多年征戰市場,其隊伍、地面營銷的作戰能力、渠道的運作和管理能力強,與腰部產品是比較匹配的。”酒行業資深實戰營銷專家、遠景咨詢總經理朱濤表示。以廣東市場為例,在中檔白酒市場九江酒廠推了“粵宴”,而石灣酒廠在2010年推出六年埕藏石灣玉冰燒。“消費者認可一個品牌,往往會喝它的主力產品。”石灣酒廠市場推廣總監蔡壯筠認為,茅台、五糧液等巨頭主力產品並非是中檔白酒。而中檔白酒對於區域白酒品牌而言是主力產品,無論是網點布局還是宣傳力度肯定會比這些巨頭做得更細緻。據蔡壯筠透露,石灣酒廠的六年埕藏上半年銷量同比增長超過兩倍,因為缺貨,反而限制了其擴張速度。事實上,茅台、五糧液在這波“品牌下探”前早已有布局中檔白酒市場的打算。前者推出了茅台王子酒和迎賓酒,而後者有推過六和液等品牌。不過一位代理著多個知名白酒品牌的經銷商告訴記者,此前這些高端白酒品牌往往都是通過與高端主力產品“搭配銷售”的方式向經銷商舖中檔產品,事實上賣這些中檔白酒往往是虧的,但因當時行業景氣度高,主力產品利潤豐厚,經銷商仍願意接受。在月初的秋糖會期間,茅台宣佈對系列酒之一的迎賓酒大換裝,這被視為茅台要提升中低端產品市場影響力。然而有經營茅台系列酒的經銷商對南都記者表示,此前做茅台的系列酒基本沒什麼利潤,雖系列酒價格較合理,但廠家缺乏宣傳。此次換裝後茅台是否會在銷售策略上同步調整,目前仍不得而知。白酒巨頭不再擔心“線下價格被線上擾亂”事實上,在這波“品牌下探運動”之餘,白酒巨頭們對渠道的心態也前所未有地開放。此前,因為擔憂線下價格會被擾亂,其對酒類電商一直敬而遠之。然而,今年以來,除了�多二線名酒,茅台、瀘州老窖、五糧液等白酒巨頭先後向目前最大的酒水綜合電商酒仙拋出了橄欖枝。“今年是酒水電商的發展元年。”郝鴻峰認為,在白酒行業的冬天里,大家都在尋找增長點,電商開始被酒廠們認為是一個很好的渠道。“目前酒仙網已經與80%的名酒展開合作,今年上半年酒仙網的銷售收入同比增長了3倍。”郝鴻峰透露。與此相迷你倉的是整個酒類電商市場的膨脹。“2009年我們創辦酒仙網時,中國酒類電子商務的份額不超過1億元,2012年,中國酒類電子商務的份額也只有30億。”郝鴻峰認為,今年預計酒類電商的份額能做到50億,而到2015年行業預計有200億的規模。據易觀國際的測算,酒仙網在酒類電商的份額已經達50%。事實上,行情突變,酒類電商迎來翻身的契機,這也讓越來越多的資本,甚至是傳統經銷商加入。據記者瞭解,如廣中外名酒這樣手握�多實體店資源的傳統經銷商,也紛紛“觸網”。面對行業中越來越多的競爭對手,郝鴻峰認為有其必然性。“酒類電商進入不會太難,這種模式也一點都不神奇,然而要把它做好,卻非常難。”郝鴻峰稱,傳統經銷商可以用3年時間做4億銷售,但是酒類電商這個時間間隔可能只會是一年。這是酒類電商最大的挑戰所在。“觸網”的精細化生存之道“我們的利潤是從牙縫里省出來的。”郝鴻峰一句看似戲謔的話,酒類電商精細化管理的重要性不言而喻。這是一個不得不提的事實———雖然大家都爭相進入,但目前能實現盈利的卻屈指可數。據郝鴻峰透露,從2011年開始酒仙網已經實現了微盈利。主要為銷售酒廠的產品賺取差價,但盈利點並不僅于此。“我們還給酒廠提供廣告和咨詢服務。比如幫酒廠在我們的網站做推廣和酒類電商的咨詢。”郝鴻峰認為,通過幾年的發展,酒仙網知道什麼產品適合做電商,可以給酒廠提供建議。“此類業務利潤貢獻很正常,可以彌補自身的市場費用。”郝鴻峰表示。“酒類電商其實就是零售企業,它講求精細化管理。”在郝鴻峰的理解當中,這種精細化涉及到方方面面。“比如我們會對每款產品都做研究,確保放在首頁的產品是最受消費者歡迎以確保流量更高效;比如我們要求客服對電話的接聽率是99%,而且對每個人都有詳細的績效考核方法;比如我們的倉儲中心在如何提高員工處理訂單效率在技術改造上花了非常大的功夫,以前每個撿貨工人每天只能處理150個訂單,但現在能處理220個。”據南都記者瞭解,在過去的四年內,郝鴻峰已進行了3輪融資,引入了紅杉資本、廣東粵強集團、沃衍資本、東方富海等多家企業的投資。“目前我們資金周轉不錯,基本不需要融資了。”郝鴻峰透露,下一階段的重點是要不斷提升運營水平。“能否讓消費者接觸到更豐富的品類、能否讓消費者更快地收到產品,產品能否更便宜是目前最關心的問題。”採寫:南都記者 黃麗嫦[業界說法]酒業資深實戰營銷專家 朱濤酒業巨頭切分中低端市場,效果如何還有待觀察。此前這些企業在中檔白酒市場的布局,大多沒有真正完成中檔白酒營銷體系的構建。這些酒業巨頭多年來的優勢,在於產品和品牌很強,但弱在市場,營銷,其切入中低端市場,無論是渠道的運作、管理,都需要重新與中低端產品相匹配。酒仙網董事長 郝鴻峰今年可以說是酒業電子商務發展的元年。酒類企業開始不斷觸網,茅台、五糧液、國窖等巨頭也先後與我們建立了戰略合作關係。現在酒類電商能做到盈利的很少。除了和酒廠做產品銷售,我們還提供廣告和資訊服務。比如幫酒廠在我們的網站做推廣,同時也跟他們做酒類電商的資訊,這些利潤模式可彌補市場費用。我們最大的競爭對手是自己,最大的壓力來自于消費者的體驗,要進入酒類電商領域不是太難,但要做好,壓力很大。今年1500名員工,年底突破2000,要將幾千人的思想協同起來一起作業,是很有挑戰的事。上市離我們還是很遙遠。2015年做到100億是相對科學的目標,否則容易出現問題。儲存倉

These days, most of us tend to carry plastic in our wallets rather than cash, and the people standing (and, often, shivering) beside the "real" kettles don't take credit cards."We tried it about four years ago, and it didn't take, for some reason," said Chesley Vohden, director of development for the Salvation Army in Lynchburg. "Maybe we didn't do a good enough job of getting the word out. We're confident it will work this time."Based on national trends, she's probably right. The Salvation Army unveiled (or booted up) its online plan way back in 2005, but only in recent years has this option truly caught on. Online giving to the Red Kettle leaped from $1.7 million in 2011 to $2.1 million last year, and online contributions to the Salvation Army as a whole topped $21 million."It used to be an option for local Salvation Armies," Vohden said, "but now, it's mandatory."Which is not to say that the familiar kettles set up in front of department and grocery stores are going away. And volunteers still will be needed to count the spare change they collect."We definitely get a lot of change," Vohden said. "But it adds up."Occasionally, the money counters also find large bills and checks. But the more tax-savvy members of the Christmas shopping hordes might come to like the idea of giving online and receiving a receipt for Uncle Sam.Nevertheless, I would hate to see the kettles and their jingling bells disappear, because that's one of the things that provide a Christmas soundtrack for me. 北京持刀男子昨日在故宮東華門附近一個員工食堂內,迷你倉狂斬兩名男子多刀,遇襲兩人當場死亡,行兇者割頸自殺未遂,已被警方拘捕。故宮工作人員向本報證實,涉案三人均是故宮員工;案發食堂不對外開放,故無影響遊客。傳媒引述消息稱,三人均是故宮展覽部員工,其中一人是該部主任;血案疑因私人恩怨或工作糾紛引起。血案發生在昨日中午,員工食堂不對外開放。《法制晚報》引述目擊者稱,行兇男子持刀衝入食堂追斬兩名男子,由於事發突然,遇襲者身中多刀倒臥血泊。據悉兩人五十歲左右,其中一人後背中刀,逃至食堂廁所內倒地;一人倒在食堂中。死者為前任現任主任行兇男子逃出食堂企圖刎頸自盡,趕到的警員將他制服送院。記者到場採訪時發現多輛警車和救護車,部分遊客圍在東華門議論紛紛。行兇男子被送到北京協和醫院搶救,儲存術室外有刑警戒備。下午二時許,兩名便衣警員從手術室走出,手中拿�寫有「物證」字樣的紙袋。消息稱,行兇男子頸上有兩處刀傷,搶救後已無生命危險。據財新網報道,涉案三人是故宮展覽宣傳部員工,兩名死者分別姓胡和姓馬,為展覽宣傳部前任及現任主任,疑因私人恩怨或工作糾紛引發兇案。故宮公共關係科一名女職員昨午接受本報查詢時,證實行兇男子和兩名死者均是故宮員工,因案情將統一由公安部門公布,拒絕透露詳情;又強調現場是員工食堂,不對遊客開放,故沒有影響遊客。北京警方稱,故宮一食堂發生持刀傷人案,接報到場後發現有兩名受害人,急救人員確認其中一人已經死亡,另一人搶救無效死亡,其後在一個辦公室發現割頸受傷的鄭姓行兇男子。四十九歲的鄭是北京市人,與兩名死者同為故宮某部員工,目前案件仍在調查。mini storage
