Well, there's Monday morning to deal with.And on Tuesday: New Year's Eve!There will be many ways to celebrate Dec. 31 in Madison, including hot cocoa and a game of Monopoly at home. But for the more social souls who want to venture out, here a few festive ways to say farewell to an odd year (2013) -- and hello to an even one.Or perhaps 2014 will be even odder. Who can predict?The big bang: Madison's biggest alcohol-free New Year's Eve celebration happens with U.S. Bank Eve, with all-ages events starting as early as 4 p.m. Tickets are good for all locations. Advance tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for ages 5-15, and $12 for a family pass (up to two adults and three children ages 5-15). Tickets at the door are an additional $2; $3 more for the family pass. Children under 5 are free.Some highlights from the citywide celebration:--U.S. Bank Plaza, 1 S.
