The Court of Appeal has ruled that the Communications Authority must deal with PCCW's complaint that its customers cannot use the 4G network on the iPhone 5 because of a SIM lock.儲存 Launched in September last year, Apple's iPhone 5 is installed with a SIM- lock device that does not allow access to the PCCW 4G/LTE network.
