迷你倉將軍澳【本報訊】一名七旬港婦上月一日參加本港一個美食團到廣東河源兩天遊，翌日在酒店房間浸溫泉時被發現昏迷，經搶救後證實不治，死者胞姊及兒子懷疑有人延誤施救，昨召開記者會作出控訴。協助家屬的香港旅遊業僱員總工會林志挺指出，現時九成由深圳出發的內地團均無領隊隨團，一旦發生意外團友求助無援，今次事件正好反映問題，重申要求所有外遊團至少有一名領隊跟團。死者胞姊鍾婆婆昨講述事發經過時不禁哭成淚人。（陳錦輝攝）死者胞姐鍾女士指當日清晨五時與死者在房間浸溫泉，約十分鐘後她往廚房煲水，未幾折返發現其妹昏迷半浮於水面，即時求救，約六時五十五分內地導遊才出現，駐酒店醫生亦趕至為24小時迷你倉者做心外壓，其後再有兩名酒店職員接力，期間其妹口噴鮮血，救護車及醫生延至八時四十五分才到達，並當場宣布其妹死亡。未能取得保險賠償死者兒子不滿內地發出的死亡證，僅以寥寥十數字交代其母是死於呼吸循環系統衰竭，連母親身份證號碼及年歲也寫錯。因被列作猝死，故未能取得旅行社的十萬元平安保及旅遊保險約九萬元意外身亡賠償。他指事發至今與旅行社及保險公司商討賠償的過程均不順利。涉事旅行社副總經理李瑩瑩稱，內地導遊事發後廿分鐘趕抵，同場又有酒店職員及醫護人員為死者搶救，但承認當地救護車因酒店位置偏遠，一小時後才抵達，事發後旅行社一直有派員協助家屬辦理死亡證及到公安局報案。迷你倉旺角
