位於高雄市楠梓區的中油宏南宿舍，新蒲崗迷你倉有2棟日式建物被中油公司視為危樓將拆除；文化局前天緊急邀請專家學者及中油公司現場會勘，因宿舍群富含時代性且保存使用狀況良好，保有豐富的自然環境景觀，立即啟動文資審查程序，將2棟建物指定暫定古蹟，避免拆除危機。在中油宿舍長大的中油社區文化生態保存協會發起人高慧玲，正推動中油宿舍群保存，她說，中油宏南及宏毅宿舍是「台灣唯一工業與生態結合的最大社區」，從1937年至1980年停建為止，有如台灣近代建築史，宿舍區環境清幽，生態豐富，有保育類鳥類，連老鷹都來築巢，又是高雄市被列管老樹最大的社區，具有國際觀光價值。中油宏南宿舍建於1937年日治時期，為日本海軍第6燃mini storage廠的附屬眷舍基地之一，區內現存舊有眷舍比例仍然很高，歷史場域完整；但位於宏毅一路5巷2號及4號2棟相連的木造混磚頭建築物，因為無人居住而荒廢，被中油公司認定為危樓，準備近日內拆除。文化局指出，宏南宿舍全區面積約39公頃，空間規畫、尺度完善，且區內擁有許多老樹、鳥類，具有生態環境保存的價值；委員勘查後認為，應啟動文資審查機制，進行全區文化價值認定與相關保存方式的審議。由於2棟待拆建物已經取得執照，即將進行拆除，文化局會勘決議，依文化資產保存法規定，指定為暫定古蹟。文化局表示，暫定古蹟於審查期間內視同古蹟，如有毀損行為，可處5年以下有期徒刑、拘役或科或併科新台幣20萬元以上100萬元以下罰金。self storage

【特訊】澳門交通運輸業總商會副理事長凌世威指出，文件倉澳大橫琴校區明年對公眾開放，相信可進一步拓寬本澳的士業界的營運空間和行業發展，此外，的士業界亦關注未來是否可進入橫琴營運的問題。凌世威昨日出席活動接受訪問時表示，由於澳大橫琴校區屬於澳門特區管理，在行車方向、路面指示標示，以及相關制度等與本澳無異，相信的士業界進入校區營運方面不會有太大問題，業界亦希望在校區開放後能夠為市民、學生和旅客提供便捷的的士服務。至於澳大橫琴校區的開放是否會“分薄”澳門的士服務，凌世威表示，現時交通局和有關方面積極創設的士業可持續發展的條件，包括新增的士牌照競投，加大對電召存倉士的投入等，相信該校區的開放不會“分薄”澳門的士服務。而個人更為關注的是職業司機人資問題，他表示，運輸業職業司機可能會因收入方面的“不對稱”，而選擇投身收入相對穩定和上班時間相對靈活的的士行業，未來其他行業的職業司機可能會流失，值得當局和社會關注。至於未來本澳單牌車可進入橫琴區方面，凌世威表示，業界亦希望能夠進入橫琴區營運，相信有利於業界的長遠可持續發展。但亦明白，的士進入橫琴營運方面非特區政府或業界單方面就能決定的問題，而是需要特區政府和內地有關部門的溝通，同時，在保險方面，對乘客和司機保障亦是一個關注的要點，故現時的士業界亦正密切關注有關情況。自存倉
